4 slices bacon
 
3 cups cold cooked rice
 
1/2 cup cooked peas
 
1/2 cup cooked corn
 
1/3 cup sultana raisins
 
1/4 cup diced green pepper
 
1/4 cup diced sweet red pepper
 
Salt and pepper to taste
 
1/3 cup olive oil

Directions

Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a bowl.
Toss the mixture with olive oil and chill the salad for at least 12 hours.
A musf for a summer picnic.
