Ingredients

 
4 boxes (16 ounces each) macaroni shells
 
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen
 
Chopped spinach, cooked and drained
 
6 tablespoons dried basil
 
18 cloves garlic, chopped
 
1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
 
2 cups olive oil
 
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
 
2 teaspoons salt, or more to taste
 
1 teaspoon pepper
 
Cherry tomatoes (for garnish)

Directions

Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Drain; refrigerate, covered, until cool.
Combine remaining ingredients, except tomatoes, in medium bowl.
Toss with chilled macaroni.
Refrigerate salad, covered, at least 2 hours.
Serve cold.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
