Ingredients
1 packet penne
1 cup Italian dressing
1 cup red pepper (diced into bite size pieces)
½ cup olives (sliced fine)
1 tomato diced
3 cups of broccoli (cut into flowerets)
2 cups of crabmeat or tuna (cut into bite size chunks)
Chopped parsley
Directions
Boil and cook the pasta (I like to use penne you may substitute it with rotini or even macaroni to suit your taste). Drain and rinse under running cold water. Add in the peppers, blanched broccoli and the olives. Finally add the crabmeat or tuna and the Italian dressing. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Toss to combine all the ingredients well. Refrigerate. Serve chilled.
