Cold Meat Salad Recipe

2 c. diced leftover roast
1 c. diced celery
1 c. pared diced tart apples
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. Salt
Directions
Combine meat, celery and apples.
Blend mayonnaise with mustard and salt; add to meat mixture.
Serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
