Cold cucumber soup Recipe
Its cold soup. Prepare it this summer.
|Natural yogurt||3 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Teaspoon, minced|
|1 tablespoon chopped dill|
|Sunflower oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||2 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Salt||1 To taste|
|Ground black pepper||1 To taste|
Grate the cucumber and whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl. Let the soup sit in a refrigerator for 20-30 minutes covered,.and serve.
