Ingredients

 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), peeled
 1/2 green sweet bell pepper, seeded and cored
 Yellow onion1/2 , peeled
 5 very ripe tomatoes, cored and quartered
 Cucumber1 Medium, peeled
 Tomato Paste1 Tablespoon
 Olive oil6 Tablespoon
 3 tablespoons wine vinegar, red or white
 Cumin1/2 Teaspoon
 Tabasco1 Tablespoon
 Ground black pepper1 To taste
 Ice water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomato juice2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 eggs, hard-boiled, grated for garnish
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Blend all the ingredients, except the grated egg, in a food blender or food processor.
You will have to do this in several batches.
Chill well before serving.
Pour in wineglasses or cups and garnish with the grated egg.
Leave the wine vinegar and black pepper grinder out so that your guests or family might add a bit to their glass.
