Cold Summer Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
| Curry | 1 Pound, flavored | |
| Vegetable stock | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chicken breast | 1/2 Pound, shredded | |
| Bean sprouts | 1/2 Pound, blanched | |
| 1 English (seedless) cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and shredded | ||
| Garlic | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), reduced | |
Directions
1 Cook noodles in boiling stock 4 minutes. Drain and cool, discarding stock.
2 Combine chicken, bean sprouts and cucumber. Add garlic, vinegar and soy sauce. Add to noodles, toss to blend.
