Ingredients

 Curry1 Pound, flavored
 Vegetable stock6 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chicken breast1/2 Pound, shredded
 Bean sprouts1/2 Pound, blanched
 1 English (seedless) cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and shredded
 Garlic1 Teaspoon, chopped
 Vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/4 Cup (16 tbs), reduced

Directions

1 Cook noodles in boiling stock 4 minutes. Drain and cool, discarding stock.
2 Combine chicken, bean sprouts and cucumber. Add garlic, vinegar and soy sauce. Add to noodles, toss to blend.
