Ingredients

 Spinach package1 , chopped
 Instant chicken bouillon - 2 tablespoon
 Half-and-half sour cream - 1/4 pint
 Water3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1. Partially thaw spinach and break into small chunks.
2. Into a blender blend it with half of the water.
3. Add remaining water and seasonings and mix again.
4. Add sour cream and blend and chill thoroughly.

SERVING
5. Serve garnished with cream sauce.
