Cold Salmon Steaks With Green Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 recipe Salmon Steaks with Scallions, without brown rice and lemon juice
1 cup spinach leaves
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/4 cup watercress leaves and stems
1/4 cup parsley leaves
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/4 cups plain yogurt, drained through
2 thicknesses of cheesecloth for 30 minutes
Directions
1. Prepare the salmon steaks through step 4 of the recipe. Cover and refrigerate.
2. Meanwhile, put the spinach, onion, watercress, parsley, and lemon juice in the container of an electric blender or food processor. Blend until smooth adding more lemon juice if necessary.
3. Stir blended mixture into the drained yogurt. Chill.
