Directions
1. Cook the rice according to package directions. Cool.
2. Seed and chop the green peppers. Add to the rice. Add the pimentos and crabmeat.
3. Mix the mayonnaise with the curry powder, salt and lemon juice. Mix into the rice and crabmeat mixture and chill.
