Cold Raw Papaya Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 large raw papaya, skinned and cut into 4 pieces and deseeded | ||
| 1 tsp. turmeric powder Juice of 2 sour limes | ||
| Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Take a vegetable slicer and cut very thin slices from the papaya. Place in a glass bowl.
Mix in the turmeric, salt and sugar and lime juice. Add the onions slices, if desired. Chill before eating.
