Ingredients

 1 large raw papaya, skinned and cut into 4 pieces and deseeded
 1 tsp. turmeric powder Juice of 2 sour limes
 Sugar3 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Take a vegetable slicer and cut very thin slices from the papaya. Place in a glass bowl.
Mix in the turmeric, salt and sugar and lime juice. Add the onions slices, if desired. Chill before eating.
