Cold Pasta Salad Pasta Fredda Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 pound corkscrew pasta, cooked, chilled in cold water, and drained | ||
| Pesto sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomatoes | 2 , chopped | |
| Black pepper | 1 | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Pine nuts | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Toss all ingredients together, and refrigerate
