 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), minced
 Ginger root1 Tablespoon, shredded
 Sesame paste4 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Sugar2 Teaspoon
 1 pound noodles, cooked and drained

Directions

In a small saucepan, heat garlic, ginger, and tahini together over moderate heat until garlic and ginger begin to brown.
Add soy sauce and sugar and heat 2 minutes more.
Toss with cooked noodles and serve at room temperature, or chilled, as you prefer.
