Cold Meat Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked ham | 1/2 pound | |
| Carrot | 1 Large, pared | |
| 2 green onions, cut in pieces | ||
| 2 small sweet pickles | ||
| Swiss Cheese | 2 Ounce | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lettuce | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Assemble Food Grinder with Coarse Disc.
Grind meat, carrot, onion, pickles, and cheese into bowl.
Mix mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, salt, and pepper in small bowl.
Stir dressing into meat mixture.
Cover and chill for several hours.
Arrange lettuce leaves on four plates.
Spoon meat mixture evenly in four portions.
Garnish with tomato wedges, if desired.
