 Boneless chicken breasts4
 1 garlic clove, crushed with a knife
 Lemon juice1
 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon, pressed
 Fresh or dried thyme to taste
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 Vegetable seasoning to taste

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, Preheat the broiler.
Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and dry with paper towels.
Broil for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked but not dry.
Let cool, cover well with plastic wrap or foil, and refrigerate until you pack the picnic lunch.
