Ingredients

 
2 to 4 medium-size cucumbers, peeled, seeded and quartered
 
2 cups (500 ml) plain yogurt
 
1 cup (250 ml) sour cream
 
1 or 2 small onions or green onions
 
1/2 tsp (2ml)salt
 
Pinch of black pepper
 
1/2 tsp (2 ml) Worcestershire sauce
 
1 tsp (5 ml) diU
 
2 tbsp (30 ml) chopped fresh parsley
 
4 thin slices of cucumber

Directions

–  Run all ingredients through blender except dill, parsley and cucumber slices. Refrigerate mixture for at least 4 hours.
–  When ready to serve, pour into individual serving bowls, sprinkle with dill and parsley. Garnish with cucumber slices.
