MAKING
1. In a large mixing bowl, add the cucumbers, water, green onions, hot peppers and vinegar, soup soy sauce, sesame seeds and sugar. Mix well until the sugar completely dissolves.
2. Refrigerate the dish for a couple of hours before serving.

SERVING
3. Serve chilled with cooked rice or noodles.

NOTE
If the side dish is served right away, use 1 cup of water (instead of 1 1/2 cups) and use 1/2 cup of ice.
