Cold Chicken with Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked chicken | 6 Ounce, sliced | |
| Shredded lettuce | ||
| Melon | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 small orange, peeled and sectioned | ||
| Strawberries | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt | ||
| Orange juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lime juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Arrange the sliced chicken on a bed of shredded lettuce.
Combine the melon, orange sections, and berries.
Blend the yogurt, orange juice, and lime juice together (sweetener may be added here if desired).
Combine the yogurt and fruit.
Serve the chicken and fruit salad together on the same plate, or serve the fruit salad in separate dishes.
