Cold Chicken Ring Recipe
Ingredients
3 cup chicken, cooked
2 cup skim milk, hot
1 cup bread crumbs, dry
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
Directions
In a bowl, combine ingredients in the order listed.
Stir until bread is moist.
Place a damp cloth over bowl and allow to sit for 1 hour.
Spoon mixture into well-greased ring mold.
Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 45 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
Allow to rest 10 to 15 minutes before unmolding.
Cool completely.
