Cold Beef Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Bean sprouts | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Artificial sweetener | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cooked Roast Beef- 4 ounces, slivered | ||
| Hot Mustard- to taste | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Pour off the liquid from the bean sprouts, wash in cold water and drain.
2) In a bowl, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sweetener and monosodium glutamate.
3) Sprinkle the vinegar mixture over the sprout mixture and toss well.
4) Mix in thoroughly the beef, seasoning and mustard.
5) Cover the bowl and refrigerator until chill.
SERVING
6) Serve immediately with a lemon wedge on side if desired.
