| Hot water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:) | |
| Oyster sauce | 1 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:) | |
| Sesame oil | 1 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:) | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:) |
Directions
Place bean curd in a large bowl.
Add 3 cups boiling water and let stand 10 minutes.
Soak dried shrimp in 1/2 cup hot water 5 minutes.
Drain well; discard water.
Combine ingredients for seasoning sauce in a small bowl.
Add softened shrimp; mix well.
Drain bean curd and pat dry with a paper towel.
Arrange bean curd on a small platter.
Spoon seasoning sauce over bean curd.
Mix well.
