Cold Apple Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 small yellow or green apple | ||
| 1 cup unsweetened apple juice | ||
| Orange juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs), strained | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Wash, core, and slice the apple into small strips.
Do not peel.
Combine the apple juice and orange juice with the sliced apples.
Allow the apples and juice to chill.
Chill thoroughly.
Serve in chilled soup cups.
