Colcannon Recipe
Ingredients
| Shredded cabbage | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Potatoes | 4 Cup (16 tbs), mashed | |
| Green onions | 6 , chopped | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Paprika to taste | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Steam cabbage in saucepan for 5 minutes.
Stir cabbage into mashed potatoes in bowl.
Add green onions and parsley; mix well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon into baking dish; dot with margarine.
Cut into serving pieces; sprinkle with paprika.
Place in oven until serving time.
