Coffee Snack Cake Recipe

Add egg, beating well.
Combine flour, soda, baking powder, and cinnamon; add to creamed mixture alternately with 1 cup coffee, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Mix well after each addition, stir in raisins.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350Â° for 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Combine powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon coffee, and vanilla, mix well.
Drizzle over warm cake; cool before cutting.
