Coffee Ribbon Loaf Recipe
Coffee ribbon loaf is a heavy and filling dessert made with heavy whipped cream and coffee along with slices of angel cake. Filled with walnuts and oodles of indulgent cream, the coffee ribbon loaf cake sprinkled with flaked and toasted coconut for a natural sweet crust.

Combine 2 cups heavy cream, 2/3 cup sugar, and 2 to 3 tablespoons instant coffee.
Whip till stiff.
Rub brown crumbs from one 10x4x2 inch loaf angel cake; cut lengthwise in 4 even layers.
Add 1/2 CUP chopped California walnuts to half of whipped cream spread between cake layers.
Cover top and sides of loaf with remaining whipped cream.
Sprinkle with 1 1/4 cups toasted flaked coconut.
Chill.
