Coffee Ice Cream Crepes Recipe

1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon Kahlua or other coffee-flavored liqueur
1 quart coffee-flavored ice cream
1 dozen Chocolate Dessert Crepes Sliced almonds, toasted
Directions
Beat' whipping cream until foamy; add Kahlua, beating until stiff peaks form.
Set aside.
Spoon about 1/3 cup ice cream down center of each crepe; fold right and left sides over, and place seam side up on a serving plate.
Top each crepe with a dollop of the whipped cream; sprinkle with almonds.
