Coffee Cream is a wonderful and addictive dessert that coffee lovers like me will drool over! I surprised my husband with this yummy Coffee Cream dessert last week for his promotion celebration and he loved it! Try it!

| Instant coffee | 11/2 Tablespoon | |
| Hot water | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Marshmallows | 48 | |
| Cream | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Extra cream and grated chocolate to decorate | ||
Directions
Mix instant coffee with hot water in a large saucepan, add marshmallows and bring to the boil, stirring.
Simmer until mixture becomes clear.
Cool, then whip cream and fold in.
Pour into serving bowl.
Cover and chill.
Serve decorated with extra whipped cream and grated chocolate.
Serves 12.
