Omit chocolate in Chocolate Chiffon Pie.
Dissolve 2 tablespoons instant coffee in the boiling water; add softened gelatin and stir till completely dissolved.
Gradually add to egg yolk mixture and proceed as above.
Trim with fluffs of whipped cream and chocolate curls.
