Coffee Butterscotch Glaze Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/3 Cup lightly packed light brown sugar | ||
| Strong coffee | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Mix the brown sugar and coffee in a small saucepan.
Set over medium heat and bring to boiling, stirring constantly.
Continue to stir and boil 8 to 10 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and blend in the butter.
Cool slightly before brushing on cake.
