Coffee Wine Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
| Ice Cubes - 4 to 5 nos | ||
| Egg yolk | 1 | |
| Sugar syrup | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Brandy - 1 part | ||
| Port - 3 parts | ||
| Nutmeg - grated | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Into a cocktail shaker, add in the ice cubes.
2) Next, add in the egg yolk, sugar, brandy and port into the shaker.
3) Shake well. Strain.
SERVING
4) Serve the Coffee Wine Cocktail in a sour glass. Garnish the top with grated nutmeg.
