Coffee Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 1/4 cups fat-free milk | ||
| Cornflour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tsp instant coffee powder | ||
| 3-4 tablets sugar-free sweetener, crushed | ||
| Vanilla essence | 3 Drop | |
Directions
Place milk in a pan and bring to boil.
Add 1 tbsp milk to cornflour and mix well.
Pour cornflour into milk, lower heat and stir vigorously till smooth.
Continue simmering and stirring till cornflour is cooked.
Mix in coffee and remove from heat.
Stir in sweetener and vanilla essence.
Cool and pour into an ice cream container.
Freeze and serve.
