Ingredients

 Strong coffee2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ice cubes
 2 to 4 tablespoons fine granulated sugar
 1/4 to 1/3 cup heavy cream or undiluted evaporated milk
 Few drops of vanilla extract

Directions

Pour freshly made coffee over ice in shaker.
Add remaining ingredients and more ice if necessary.
Shake vigorously until foamy.
Serve at once in tall glasses, topped with whipped cream if desired.
