Coffee Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 oz. Demerara sugar | ||
| 1/2 pt. strong black coffee | ||
| Arrowroot | 2 Teaspoon (Leveled) | |
| Water | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a saucepan, dissolve the sugar in coffee on low flame
2. Now, mix arrowroot and water in a small bowl and add it to the coffee mixture
3. Remove the pan from the flame and add cream if you like
SERVING
4. Serve warm as appropriate
