Coffee Pudding Recipe
Coffee Pudding has a grand taste. The coffee and vanilla gives the Coffee Pudding a stimulating taste. Coffee Pudding is inspired by restaurants universally.
Ingredients
| Breadcrumbs | 2 Ounce | |
| Margarine | 2 Ounce | |
| Few drops vanilla essence | ||
| Flour | 4 Ounce | |
| Sugar | 2 Ounce | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Strong coffee | 1/4 Pint | |
Directions
Rub margarine into the flour, add baking powder, crumbs and sugar.
Mix with the coffee, egg and vanilla essence.
Put into a greased basin, stand basin on rack in cooker in 2 pints boiling water and cover well.
Fix the lid but do not put on pressure weight.
Steam rapidly for 15 minutes then put on pressure weight and bring to pressure of 5 lb.
Lower the heat and cook for 30 minutes.
Reduce pressure at once.
