Coffee Mocha Recipe
Ingredients
| Miniature marshmallows | 5 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tbsp. instant coffee powder | ||
| 1 tbsp. instant chocolate | ||
Directions
1. Combine the above ingredients in a saucepan, and place on low heat until it is melted. Mix well.
2. Set in refrigerator until it starts to set.
3. Add 1 tbsp. rum.
4. Fold in 1/2 pt. whipped cream.
5. Let set until firm.
