Coffee Liqueur Pecan Fudge Recipe
Coffee Liqueur Pecan Fudge has a fine taste. Coffee Liqueur Pecan Fudge gets its taste from evaporated milk mixed with coffee liqueur and topped with pecans.
Ingredients
| Miniature marshmallows | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chocolate morsels | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 ounces Unsweetened Chocolate Baking Bars, coarsely chopped | ||
| 2/3 cup undiluted Evaporated Milk | ||
| Granulated Sugar | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecans | 1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
| Coffee liqueur | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In large bowl, combine marshmallows, morsels and unsweetened chocolate.
In heavy 2-quart saucepan, combine evaporated milk, sugar and butter.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently; boil for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour over marshmallow mixture; stir until marshmallows and chocolate are completely melted and mixture is smooth.
Stir in nuts and liqueur.
