Coffee Ice Cream Recipe
One of the most effective ways to comfort yourself is to try preparing this Coffee Ice Cream. I just love Dessert recipes and this dish is my only favorite amongst them. Will you be able to suggest a recipe on par with this Coffee Ice Cream recipe? I doubt.
Ingredients
1/4 pt. evaporated milk
1/4 pt. whipping cream
1 Tbs. soluble coffee
1 Tbs. rum
1 oz. icing sugar
Directions
Mix the coffee and sugar with a little of the milk until dissolved.
Whip the rest of the milk and the cream separately.
Combine and add the coffee mixture.
Blend well and add the rum.
Pour into freezing trays and freeze without stirring.
