Coffee Cream Layer Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg whites | 5 | |
| Sugar substitute package | 6 | |
| Heavy cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Instant coffee | 1 1/2 Teaspoon, decaffeinated | |
| Gelatin | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Cold water | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Egg yolks | 4 | |
| Mocha extract - 2 teaspoons | ||
| Walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 275° F.
2 Lightly grease a 3 round layer cake pans with butter.
MAKING
3 In a bowl, beat egg whites until they form soft peaks.
4 Add 1 packet sugar substitute and beat until stiff.
5 Divide the whites equally among 3 pans.
6 Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
SERVING
7 Cut and serve.
