| Gelatine, 2 envelopes | ||
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Boiling water | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Instant coffee powder, 4 teaspoons | ||
| Sugar | 1 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla, a few drops | ||
Directions
Soak gelatine in water for five minutes.
Mix coffee powder and boiling water and pour it on gelatine.
Add salt and sugar.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Place in refrigerator to set when partially set, remove from refrigerator and beat with a beater.
Beat cream too.
Add vanilla.
Combine gelatine and cream mixture and beat slightly.
Pour the mixture in a jelly mould and leave to set in refrigerator for two hours.
Unmould before serving.
