Coffee Cream Recipe
Ingredients
1 egg
2 tsp granulated sugar replacement
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup strong coffee
Directions
Beat egg and sugar replacement until light and fluffy.
Combine milk and coffee and heat just to boiling.
Blend milk mixture into egg mixture, and pour into well greased individual baking cup.
Place cup in shallow pan; add water to pan until about halfway up the cup.
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 15 minutes, or until done.
