Directions
1. In a sauce pan combine brewed coffee, fancy molasses, chutney, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, chipotle, and salt.
2. Place the pan on heat and bring the mixture to boil.
3. Reduce the heat, and allow it to simmer for about 15 minutes or until the mixture reduces to 3 cups.
4. Remove from heat, and allow it to cool.
5. Pour it in an airtight container, and store.
SERVING
6. Baste and grill ribs with sauce and serve hot.
