Coffee Banana Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 small bananas, peeled, cut up, and frozen | ||
| Skim milk | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 8-ounce container low-fat coffee yogurt | ||
| Ground cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dash ground nutmeg | ||
Directions
1 In a blender container combine bananas, milk, yogurt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cover and blend until smooth.
