Ingredients
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
1 cup whipping cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled
2 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur
Directions
Blend cream cheese and cottage cheese in food processor or blender.
In small chilled bowl, whip cream with sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Fold whipped cream into cheese mixture.
Line 6 coeur a la creme molds with moist cheesecloth.
Divide cheese mixture evenly between molds.
Place on platter and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
Process strawberries and liqueur in food processor or blender until pureed.
