Salt codfish- 2 cups
 
Cooking oil- 6 tablespoons
 
Flour- 3 tablespoons
 
Water- 11/2 cups
 
Garlic- 1 clove, chopped
 
Parsley- 1 tablespoon, chopped
 
Few grains nutmeg
 
Paprika- 1/4 teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl soak, codfish in cold water over night.
2.Drain and fry in oil until slightly browned.
3.Add flour and brown.
4.Add water and seasonings, and cook slowly for 15 minutes
SERVING
5.Serve with brown sauce and garlic bread
