Codfish Balls Recipe
Ingredients
Salt codfish- 1 cup, flaked
Potatoes- 3 cups, sliced
Milk- 2 tablespoons
Butter- 2 tablespoons
Pepper- 1/8 teaspoon
Egg- 1, beaten
Directions
MAKING
1.In a pot, simmer fish and potatoes together in a large amount of water until potatoes are tender
2.Drain well and mash
3.Now add remaining ingredients and beat until light
4.Shape mixture into balls
5.Fry in hot deep fat until brown
SERVING
6.Serve with a sauce of your choice
