Cod With Marinated Tom Recipe
Cod With Marinated Tom has a great taste. The mixture of tomatoes, onions, vinegar, water, capers, salt and the pepper sauce gives the Cod With Marinated Tom a yummy taste.
Ingredients
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon capers
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
1 pound cod fillets
Directions
Mix tomatoes, onions, vinegar, water, capers, salt and the pepper sauce in glass jar or bowl.
Cover and let stand at room temperature at least 4 hours.
If fish fillets are large, cut into 5 serving pieces.
Arrange fish with thickest parts to outside edges in microwavable dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Cover tightly and microwave on high 3 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave until fish flakes easily with fork, 2 to 4 minutes longer.
Remove fish with slotted spoon.
Drain tomato mixture; spoon over fish.
