Cod Fish Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Cod fillets | 1 , cut into 1-inch squares | |

| Onion | 1 , sliced | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Potatoes | 3 , baked in their shells |

Directions
Drain and cover the fish with fresh water.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat and simmer fifteen minutes.
Do not boil.
Drain.
Set aside.
Heat the butter in a skillet and saute the onion until translucent but not browned.
Stir in the flour and saute for a few minutes, stirring.
Gradually add the milk and cook, stirring, for a few minutes longer.
Sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
Set aside.
Peel the baked potatoes and slice into rounds.
Arrange on a lightly oiled baking dish.
Cover with the fish and spread with the sauce.
Bake at 375 degrees for ten minutes, or until the sauce is golden and bubbly.
