Ingredients
| Romaine leaves | 8 Large | |
| 1 pound cod fillet, about 1 inch thick | ||

| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |

| Radishes | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil | ||
| Lemon wedges | ||
Directions
Pour boiling water over romaine leaves.
Let stand until limp, about 2 minutes; drain.
Arrange half of the leaves on microwave roasting rack in oblong baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches.
Place fish on leaves.
Rub salt and garlic on fish.
Arrange onions and radishes on fish; pour lemon juice and oil over fish.
Place remaining leaves on top of fish.
Cover loosely and microwave on high 5 minutes; turn dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave until fish flakes easily with fork, 8 to 10 minutes, turning dish 1/2 turn every 4 minutes.
Remove leaves.
