Cod Tongues Recipe
Ingredients

| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 , minced | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), chopped | |

| 1 lb cod tongues | ||
| 10 oz canned | ||
| Cream of tomato soup | ||
| Chicken broth | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce) | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon (Sauce) | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped (Sauce) | |
Directions
In a cooking pot, combine first 7 ingredients.
Over moderate heat, cook until cod tongues are tender.
Drain.
Keep warm.
In a saucepan, heat sauce ingredients.
Spoon over cod tongues.
Sprinkle with parsley.
