Ingredients
| Fish fillets | 2 Pound, frozen | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 (15-1/2-oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms | ||
| 1 cup Brand Rice | ||
| Fish fillets | 2 Pound, frozen | |
Directions
Thaw fish, if frozen.
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
Cut fish into 6 serving portions.
Arrange fish in 10" x 6" baking dish.
Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon oregano.
Pour spaghetti sauce over fish.
Bake until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 30 to 40 minutes.
Cook rice with water, 1 teaspoon salt and butter or margarine according to package directions.
Sprinkle cooked fish with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon oregano overtop.
Return to oven to melt cheese, about 5 minutes.
Stir green onion into rice.
